This time of year, when the leaves have fallen, and most of us are scurrying indoors to enjoy a warm fireplace, we need to remember those in Transylvania County who are really struggling just to provide the very basics for their families.

1) THINK WARM AND COZY - Please donate new and/or gently used blankets, towels, and tents.  Pots and pans and silverware are also needed.

2) ALWAYS NEEDED - Paper products, soaps, and cleaning products.  Basic staples (flour, sugar) and canned goods.

3) VOLUNTEER TIME - With an increase in the number of clients being served, consider giving a little bit of time each week to Sharing House.  Call the number below to find out the many options for volunteering.

Something exciting is happening at Brevard-Davidson River on Wednesdays.  Wednesday Break takes place each Wednesday from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and consists of Fellowship, Fun, and Food. The programs are for the entire family.  Our mission is to provide opportunities to grow spiritually through Christian fellowship.

Each Wednesday we will have an activity of some kind and dinner will be provided.  Here is our schedule for the next month.  We hope you'll be able to join us!
